Our month-of wedding coordinator package includes the following:

    Planning + Consulting

• Informational consultation at time of booking (complimentary and optional).

• Wedding vendor recommendations as needed.

• Unlimited assistance and communication with coordinator prior to wedding (from time of booking).

• Two Planning Consultations:

              - Venue Walk Through and Planning Consultation two months prior to wedding day.

   -  Final Planning Consultation ten prior to wedding day. 

• Coordinator will take over vendor communication after final meeting.

• Creation of wedding planning spreadsheet detailing all vendor information, wedding ceremony outline, customized timeline of wedding weekend and floor plan of ceremony and reception (if needed.)

• Wedding Coordinator to contact all vendors prior to wedding and distribute wedding day timeline and individualized information as needed.

    Wedding Day Management

• On-site management on day of wedding.

• Second Coordinator to assist on wedding day.

• Coordinator will oversee vendor set-up in preparation for wedding ceremony and reception.

• Set-up and break down of all personal items (i.e. guest book, gift table decor, reserved seating, place cards, etc.)

• Wedding ceremony rehearsal direction and coordination.

• Complete wedding day management and coordination including wedding ceremony and reception.  If we were to give you a list of everything we do, it would be a mile long!  We will create a plan based on your wedding and be there  from start to finish.

• Coordinator will distribute all final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals as requested.

• Coordinator will oversee clean up and break down post wedding reception.  All parties responsible for taking personal items out will be designated prior to wedding day.
